1. About these Terms

These Terms apply to mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by SIA Savex Labs ("Savex Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Latvia under registration number 40203760689, unless a specific Service provides separate terms. By downloading, accessing, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are primarily intended for adults unless a specific Service states otherwise. If you are below the age of legal majority in your country, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. That person is responsible for reviewing these Terms and any purchase with you. You must otherwise be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.

3. Licence to use the Services

Subject to these Terms, Savex Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Services for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.

4. What the Services provide

Features vary by Service and may include automated or AI-assisted tools, content generation, saved projects, subscriptions, or other functionality described in the relevant product. Free usage may be limited, and a paid entitlement may be required for some features. Features, usage limits, and availability may change as our Services develop.

5. Your content

You retain any rights you hold in photos, text, prompts, instructions, and other content you submit. You grant Savex Labs and its service providers a limited licence to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested Service.

You must have all rights and permissions needed to submit the content. Do not upload unlawful material, confidential information you are not authorised to disclose, content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, or material involving abuse or exploitation.

6. Automated and AI-generated results

Where a Service provides automated or AI-generated output, the result may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, unavailable, or similar to content created for other users. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, fit for a particular purpose, legally compliant, or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing an output and deciding whether and how to use it.

To the extent permitted by law and subject to any rights held by others, Savex Labs does not claim ownership of generated content returned to you. Your ability to use an output may depend on applicable law and the rights attached to your input content.

7. Not professional advice

The Services provide tools, information, or inspiration and do not replace professional advice. Do not rely on an automated or generated result as architectural, engineering, construction, planning, safety, valuation, medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals and relevant authorities before making decisions that require professional judgement.

8. Subscriptions, trials, and purchases

Some Services may offer subscriptions, trials, or one-time purchases. The products, local prices, taxes, trial eligibility, billing periods, and benefits shown in the Service and by the applicable store at the time of purchase control.

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account after confirmation of purchase.
• A free trial may automatically convert to the displayed paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. Cancel within the time shown by the applicable store to avoid the next charge.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting a Service, an account, or app data does not cancel billing.
• Refunds, billing disputes, and trial eligibility are handled under the applicable store's rules and mandatory consumer law.

You may restore an eligible purchase using the restore function where available. We may change future subscription prices or features with notice provided through the relevant store where required.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, deceive, harass, exploit, or harm another person
• Create or process illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or violent content
• Upload personal data without an appropriate legal basis or required permission
• Circumvent usage limits, subscriptions, security measures, or access controls
• Probe, overload, disrupt, scrape, automate access to, or misuse the Services
• Represent automated output as approved professional advice or documentation

10. Intellectual property

The Services, their software, branding, interfaces, text, and other materials supplied by Savex Labs are owned by or licensed to Savex Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence in these Terms, no rights in the Services are transferred to you.

11. Availability, changes, and termination

We may maintain, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Internet access and a compatible device may be required. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse a Service, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay an applicable charge. Rights and obligations that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Savex Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that results will meet your expectations. Savex Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of a Service or reliance on an automated result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct, or limits mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

13. Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. Instructions for deleting an account, removing local app content, or requesting deletion of identifiable information held by us are available on our account and app data deletion page.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Services, our business, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required.
