How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions for AI Exterior Studio are managed through your device's app store account, not inside the app itself.
- iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → select AI Exterior Studio → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select AI Exterior Studio → Cancel
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google directly — Savex Labs cannot issue refunds.
- iPhone: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the purchase, and request a refund
- Android: visit play.google.com/store/account, find the order, and tap "Request a refund"
How do I change my subscription plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from the same subscription settings on your device's app store, by selecting a different plan for AI Exterior Studio.
Where can I find my invoices and receipts?
App stores email a receipt after every purchase. Your full purchase history is also available at reportaproblem.apple.com (iPhone) and play.google.com/store/account (Android).
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the same App Store or Google Play account you originally purchased with, then use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app's settings.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email support@savexlabs.com or see our Delete account or data page. Note: deleting your data does not automatically cancel an active subscription — that must be cancelled directly through your Apple ID or Google account settings.
