Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Savex Labs collects, uses, shares, and protects information across its apps and related services.
Last updated: August 19, 2026
1. Who we are
SIA Savex Labs ("Savex Labs", "we", "us", or "our") develops and operates mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). We are a company registered in Latvia under registration number 40203760689 and are the controller of personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at support@savexlabs.com.
2. Scope
This policy applies to Savex Labs apps on Android and iOS, our websites, and related support services, unless a specific product provides a separate privacy notice. The data processed depends on the Service and features you choose to use.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may process the following information:
- Content and instructions: photos, text, prompts, preferences, design choices, and other content you choose to submit for processing.
- Generated and saved content: results returned to you and project details you choose to save.
- Account or installation information: account details where a Service supports accounts, or a random identifier generated for an app installation. An installation identifier may be used to apply usage limits and associate technical requests without requiring an account.
- Purchase information: product, entitlement, subscription, trial, and transaction status supplied by Apple, Google, or our subscription provider. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank details.
- Optional analytics: interactions, feature usage, language, device and operating-system information, and approximate location derived from an IP address. Where available, optional analytics can be turned off in the Service's privacy settings.
- Diagnostics and security data: crash reports, error information, device model, operating-system version, app version, performance data, and information used to prevent abuse and keep the Services reliable and secure.
- Support information: your email address and any information you send when contacting us.
We do not request information that is unnecessary to provide the selected Service. Please do not include unnecessary personal or confidential information in content or support requests.
4. How we collect information
We receive information directly from you when you submit content, adjust settings, make a purchase, create an account where supported, or contact support. Our Services and service providers may automatically generate limited installation, purchase, analytics, diagnostic, and security information as described above.
5. How and why we use information
- To provide the features, content, or results you request
- To save and synchronise data where the selected Service supports those features
- To apply usage limits and provide paid access
- To process, restore, and verify subscriptions and purchases
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, secure the Services, and improve reliability
- To understand Service usage when you enable optional analytics
- To respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
Where applicable under the GDPR, we rely on performance of our contract to provide the requested Service, your consent for optional processing, our legitimate interests in security and service reliability, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
6. Automated processing and service providers
Some Services use automated or AI processing. When you request such a feature, the content, instructions, settings, and a relevant account or installation identifier may be encrypted in transit and sent to our backend and the provider needed to produce the requested result.
Depending on the Service, we may use the following providers:
- Supabase — backend infrastructure and request processing
- OpenRouter and its disclosed model providers — AI processing
- Google Firebase — optional analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostics
- RevenueCat — subscription status and entitlement management
- Apple App Store and Google Play — payment processing and subscription management
These providers process information for the stated purposes under their agreements and privacy terms. We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and our rights, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Data storage and retention
- Content saved only on your device remains there until you delete it in the Service, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
- Savex Labs does not use submitted content to train its own AI models or publish it. Processing copies and temporary output links are kept only as necessary to complete and secure a request and are deleted or de-identified within 30 days, unless a longer period is required to investigate abuse, resolve a support request, or comply with law.
- Account or installation identifiers and related usage records are retained while the relevant Service is actively used and for no longer than 24 months after the last recorded activity, unless a different period is necessary for the selected Service.
- Optional analytics data is retained for no longer than 14 months. Crash and diagnostic records are normally retained for no longer than 90 days.
- Subscription and transaction records are retained while needed to provide purchased access, handle disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy accounting or legal requirements.
- Support correspondence is normally retained for up to 24 months after resolution.
Information may be retained longer where required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. It is then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
8. International transfers and security
Some providers may process information outside Latvia or the European Economic Area. We use contractual and other safeguards required by applicable law for these transfers. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or receive a copy of your personal data
- Request deletion or restriction of processing
- Object to certain processing and withdraw consent
- Complain to your local data-protection authority
You can use the privacy and deletion controls available in the relevant Service. To request deletion of information held by us, follow our account and app data deletion instructions or email support@savexlabs.com. We may ask for information necessary to locate the relevant records and verify the request.
10. Children's privacy
Our Services are primarily intended for adults unless a specific Service states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child below the age at which they may consent to online data processing in their country without the authorisation of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of legal majority, please use our Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has submitted personal data without the required authorisation, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our Services, practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
