AI Exterior Studio may not require a user account in its first version. If you'd like to request deletion of app-related data, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

Email support@savexlabs.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".

What to include in your request

  • The email address or account identifier used with the app, if any
  • The approximate date you used the app
  • A description of what you'd like deleted (e.g. uploaded photos, generated outputs, usage data)

Expected response time

Subscription cancellations

Deleting app data does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled directly through your Apple ID or Google account settings.
